To reserve a space in the class, please read carefully and fill out this form. Tuition is non-refundable Only if
Created By You cancels a class will a refund will be given.
Tuition is $135  for a 4 week class. Full payment is required in at first class. We encourage children not to miss
any classes. If a student misses a class, the class can be made up during the current semester and tuition will
not be refunded for that day. Tuition is non-refundable if student withdraws. Classes may be canceled due to
holidays, instructor illness, or weather conditions. If a class is cancelled,students will be notified and class will
extend another week into the semester.
Please be mindful that your child is learning how to work with clay so his or her pottery pieces
may break in the kiln. This is normal and to be expected. There will be no refunds or credits
for pottery broken in the kiln.
Please remember that many art materials are hazardous to your health if ingested. All materials
are non-toxic, but we still insist that you do not eat or drink while working. We have many breakables, so please
be careful. If items are broken, we ask that you tell the staff immediately and have the staff clean up the broken
pieces. Created By You is not responsible for any injuries suffered from improper or unauthorized use of the
materials in the studio.
If nobody signs up 1 day prior to class start date class will be canceled. So please register in advance to make
sure you get a seat. Class size is limited to 7 children.
