1. Drop-offs are encouraged for all parties.
Mini: 6 children & a maximum 4 adults (2 tables). 1 ½ hr party, 1 pizza pie & no hostess
Standard: 12 children & a maximum of 12 adults. (4 tables). 2 hrs party, 2 pizza pies
Deluxe: 20 children & a maximum 15 adults. (5 tables) 2 hrs party, 3 pizza pies
Private: 25 children & a maximum of 55 people total (7 tables) 2 hrs party, 3 pizza pies
Please give a head count 3 days before the party.
2. All plain plates, cups, napkins and utensils for children, but feel free to bring any special theme
parties items
3. Water, and Soda for children. Additional pizza for children or adults $12.00 per pie.
4. We set up and clean up paints and ceramics..We provide instructions, as well as, the art project for all
children present adults can not paint instead of children.
5. We serve pizza and will play games if time permits with the children for a stress free celebration.
6. Party giver assumes the risk for any breakage by guests.
7. The pottery will be ready for pickup by the party host one week after the party. We cannot be held
responsible for breakage of items left over 3 weeks from the date of the party.
8. The party is contracted to begin and end at the times listed. Please have your guests arrive and
depart on time. You may arrive 10 minutes before party. If your party runs past the agreed upon time, a
charge of $50.00 for every 15 minutes will be added to the cost of the party fee

10. There is a $50 charge for outside food(this is anything other than chips & dip)
11. We do not supply soda for adults you may bring soda & coffee we don’t supply cups.
12. $75.00 non-refundable deposit is needed at the time of reservation. Invitations are available online
13. 12% gratuity will be add to all parties excluding mini parties
14. Additional time available $75.00 an half an hour.
15. Hour outside of normal business hours $200 per hour party.
